The Regular fee includes admission to all technical sessions, conference proceedings saved on a USB flash drive, final program, name badge, welcome reception on Aug. 10, lunches on Aug. 11, 12, 14 and 15, conference banquet on Aug. 14, and break refreshments.

*3 Accompanying Person:
Spouses or family members of participants. Accompanying participants have NO access to technical sessions. The Accompanying Person fee includes name badge, welcome reception on Aug.10 and conference banquet on Aug. 14.
At least one Regular registration is required for each paper to be included in the proceedings.
One Regular registration covers only one paper.
To co-authors of multiple papers: Your registration will cover only one of the papers. Be sure that the other paper(s) are covered by another Regular registration(s).
Student registrations cannot cover for a paper.

Please complete your registration by May 31 to have your paper published in the conference proceedings.
The Organizing Committee cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss or damage to private property of participants, students and accompanying persons, either during or indirectly arising from the 16th International Heat Transfer Conference. It is strongly recommended participants should make their own arrangements with regard to health and travel insurance.

Cancellations and refunds will be subject to the following conditions:
- Received by 31 May 2018: full refund minus $35 administration fee.
- Received between 1 June and 9 July 2018: 50% of total registration fee will be refunded.
- No refunds after 10 July 2018 or in the event of missing part or all of the symposium or the banquet dinner.
